HODL Appoints New CEO, CMO and CTO

HODL announces a major organizational update that will see the appointment of a new CEO, Adam Roberts, with primary project owner and CEO Jeff Gilden moving to the role of Chairman and Chief Marketing Officer. The transition of roles began the week commencing Mon April 25, 2022 with Roberts starting as CEO on Mon May 9 2022. In addition, a new Chief Technology Officer has been appointed to help turbo-charge the development of the HODL ecosystem.
About Adam, the new CEO of HODL - Adam is a serial tech entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in building tech companies and web platforms having employed over 100 staff. For the last 12 months, Adam has been operating as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Product Officer for HODL and brings a wealth of experience in start-ups, organizational development, and scaling of companies having raised over $1m for his previous companies and delivering multi-million dollar exits to international organizations including Michelin and TripAdvisor.
During the pandemic, Adam founded and led a charitable initiative helping deliver over half a million restaurant-cooked meals to vulnerable children and the elderly across the UK and was recognized as ‘Outstanding Alumni’ for contributions to society and in business, presented by former Burberry Chairman, Sir John Peace.
About Jeff, the new CMO and Chairman of HODL - Marketing expert Jeff, built his own million-dollar digital marketing company and is HODL’s biggest private investor and primary project owner. Gilden, has been operating as CEO of HODL for the last 6 months and is repositioning as Chairman, and Chief Marketing Officer in order to drive the reach of HODL to new heights.
In appointing Adam as the new CEO, Gilden said “I’ve been working closely with Adam on HODL for nearly a year and am delighted that he has agreed to take the lead as CEO. Adam is the ideal candidate for this role and will run the project and steer the vision on a day-to-day basis. Through this change, I can also ensure that marketing goes to a new level by operating as CMO and will be able to support Adam and the Senior Management team as Chairman. This move will allow me to bring my marketing company in to help HODL to help take us to the very top of the BSC space and beyond.”
About Paul, the new CTO of HODL - Paul brings a wealth of experience from over 15 years of development experience overseeing numerous projects for HODL including its website and dashboard, and is joining the C-Suite alongside the CEO, CMO, and CFO Ken Bracken. Paul will oversee the development of HODL's ecosystem including the new HODL App, Texas HODLem, Dashboard v2, HODLX DEX, and more to bring about exceptional products and new revenue streams.
